At Anubhav Life Care, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your medical tests. We strive to provide flexible and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policies while maintaining the quality of our services.

This policy applies to all medical tests, health checkup packages, and services booked through our website, mobile app, or directly at our facility.

2. Test Cancellation Policy

2.1 Pre-Test Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund or reschedule at no cost
  • 12-24 hours before appointment: 90% refund or reschedule with 10% rescheduling fee
  • 6-12 hours before appointment: 75% refund or reschedule with 25% rescheduling fee
  • Less than 6 hours before appointment: 50% refund or reschedule with 50% rescheduling fee
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund, 100% rescheduling fee applies

2.2 Home Collection Cancellations

  • 2+ hours before scheduled collection: Full refund or reschedule at no cost
  • 1-2 hours before scheduled collection: 80% refund or reschedule with 20% fee
  • Less than 1 hour before collection: 50% refund or reschedule with 50% fee
  • Collector arrives and patient unavailable: No refund, 100% rescheduling fee

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the specified timeframes
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed tests or services
  • Refunds are not provided for no-show appointments
  • Refunds may be denied if there's evidence of misuse or fraud

3.2 Refund Processing

  • Online payments: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • Cash payments: Refunds processed within 2-3 business days via bank transfer or check
  • Insurance claims: Refunds processed according to insurance provider timelines
  • Corporate accounts: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

3.3 Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the same card
  • UPI payments: Refunded to the same UPI ID
  • Net banking: Refunded to the same bank account
  • Digital wallets: Refunded to the same wallet

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment due to various reasons. We offer flexible rescheduling options with minimal fees.

  • Free rescheduling: Available up to 24 hours before the appointment
  • Rescheduling fee: ₹100 for changes made 6-24 hours before appointment
  • Same-day rescheduling: ₹200 fee applies
  • Multiple reschedules: Additional fees may apply for repeated changes

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies, we provide full refunds or free rescheduling upon submission of appropriate medical documentation (doctor's certificate, hospital admission papers, etc.).

5.2 Facility Issues

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to facility issues, equipment malfunction, or staff unavailability, we provide full refunds or free rescheduling at your convenience.

5.3 Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to provide appropriate refunds or rescheduling options.

6.1 Online Cancellation

  • Go to "My Appointments" or "Booking History"
  • Select the appointment you want to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Appointment" and confirm
  • Refund will be processed automatically according to our policy

6.3 In-Person Cancellation
